With more people than ever opening up about their struggles, it's important continue the conversation and support each other along the road to wellness. Recent studies show that knitting and crochet can have therapeutic properties and reduce the effects of issues including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. They can even slow the onset of dementia. With that in mind, we're proud to launch our Heart to Heart campaign!

What is Heart to Heart?

The Heart to Heart campaign is a way to share your experiences and start a conversation with like minded crafters. We want to hear your stories about how knitting and crochet has helped improve your mental health and well being. Each month we'll share some of the inspiring stories we receive to encourage people to open up and show them our support.

How to get involved

Getting involved is simple. All you need to do is knit or crochet a heart and send it to us along with a letter telling us in as few or as many words as you like how crafting has impacted your well being. Simply download and fill out our entry form using the link below and enclose it in an envelope with your heart and letter. Your contribution will be forwarded to another participant and you will receive a letter in an exchange to help spread the conversation.
