Medina Blanket - Errata Issue 24

The following changes have been reported in this pattern:

Round 2 should read as follows  

Rnd 2: Join D in any stitch, 3 ch, 1 tr in beg st, 2 ch, [2 tr in next st, 2 ch] seven times, join. 16 sts

Rounds 8-16 should read as follows  

Rnd 8: Join F with sl st to the back of a dc at bottom of the dip between petals from Rnd 6, 1 RdcB around same st, *3 ch, miss 3 sts, 1 RdcB around next st, miss 3ch-sp, 1 RdcB around next st, 3 ch, miss 3 sts, 1 RdcB around next st; rep from * around omitting last RdcB, join. Do not fasten off. 30 sts  

Rnd 9: Sl st into next 3ch-sp, [3 ch, 4 tr] in same 3ch-sp, miss 1 st, 1 tr in missed 3ch-sp from Rnd 7, 5 tr in next 3ch-sp, miss 1 st, *5 tr in next 3ch-sp, miss 1 st, 5 dc, miss 1 st, 1 tr in missed 3ch-sp from Rnd 7, 5 tr in next 3ch-sp, miss 1 st; rep from * around, join. 110 sts

Rnd 10: With C, join with sl st in sp between any two 5tr-groups, [3 ch, 4 tr] in same sp, miss 2 sts, 3 dc, *miss 1 st, 3 dc, miss 2 sts, 5 tr in next sp between 5tr-groups, miss 2 sts, 3 dc; rep from * 9 times omitting the last 5 tr, join. Do not fasten off. 110 sts

Rnd 11: 2 ch (counts as first htr throughout), 1 htr, 3 tr in next (centre) st, 2 htr, 6 dc, *2 htr, 3 tr in next st, 2 htr, 6 dc; rep from * around, join. 130 sts

Rnd 12: Join A with standing dc in top of first tr of any 3tr-group, 2 dc, 2 htr, 6 tr, 2 htr, *3 dc, 2 htr, 6 tr, 2 htr; rep from * around, join. 130 sts

Rnd 13: Join E in first dc with standing dc, 2 dc in next st, 1 dc, [3 htr, 4 tr, 3 htr, 1 dc, 2 dc in next st, 1 dc] nine times, 3 htr, 4 tr, 3 htr, join with sl st to beg dc. 140 sts

Rnd 14: Join C in any st, 2 ch, htr around, join. 140 sts

Rnd 15: Join B in any st with standing dc, 12 dc, 2 dc in next st, [13 dc, 2 dc in next st] around, join. 150 sts

Rnd 16: Join A in any st, 2 ch, htr around, join. Do not fasten off. 150 sts    

Round 29 should read as follows

Round 69 (as it appears in the pattern) should read as follows  

Rnd 69: Join A, [3 ch, 1 tr, 2 ch, 2 tr] in beg 2ch-sp, *miss 2 sts, [3 tr in next sp, miss 3 sts] 58 times**, [2 tr, 2 ch, 2 tr] in 2ch-sp; rep from * 3 more times ending last rep at **, join. Do not fasten off. 712 sts    

There is a typo in the pattern that suggests round 67 is missing, please ignore this and continue in the pattern as directed. Rounds 68-71 are in fact rounds 67-70.

Mexican Medley Cushion

Unfortunately, due to a layout error, the designer name attribution was left off the Mexican Medley cushion. This pattern was designed by Gaye Brown, and you can read a little more about Gaye below.

I live in the lovely county of Wiltshire in the South West of England and I have been crocheting, knitting and crafting since my teens. I started my own designs in 2016.

My designs are usually inspired by pictures I have seen somewhere, flowers in the garden, a lovely sunset or rainbow. I love colours, flowers, animals and nature and I love the challenge of turning a piece of yarn in to something wonderful.
