Issue 7 Errata

The following issues have been reported in issue 7 of Crochet Now magazine.

Daisy-May’s Wardrobe

The instructions to Make Curl are not printed in the magazine. They should read:

Make Curl: make chain to length instructed, starting in 2nd ch from hook, 2 dc in each ch to last ch, 1 dc in last ch.

Winter Solstice Blanket

On Snowflake 2, Rnd 5 and 6 and misnumbered as Rnd 6 and 7.

Rnd 6 should also have a * at the start of the round instructions – the whole instruction is repeated for this rnd.

There is also an error with the number of blocks need to make:

You will actually need two more 4B and two more 3C than stated, and need two fewer 4C and two fewer 3A than stated.

Tip for tension: Make one of each square first and check you achieve a 15cm tension for each. Adjust your hook on specific squares if needed to achieve the same size squares.

Tip for joining: When coming to join the squares, you will find that some blocks have more stitches than others – if one side has fewer stitches than another when joining, work the additional stitches into the corner ch-sp (either directly or into the chains), to make sure all stitches are worked into for the join between the two blocks.
