Ears (make 2) Using B, working into a magic ring, 4dc. 4dc  

Rnd 1: [dc in the first st, 2dc in the next st] around. 6sts  

Rnd 2: [dc in the first two sts, 2dc in the next st] around. 8sts  

Rnd 3: [dc in the first three Sts, 2dc in the next st] around. 10sts  

Rnd 4: [dc in the first four sts, 2dc in the next st] around. 12sts  

Rnd 5: [dc in the first five Sts, 2dc in the next st] around. 14sts  

Rnd 6: [dc in the first six Sts, 2dc in the next st] around. 16sts  

Rnd 7: [dc in the first seven Sts, 2dc in the next st] around. 18sts  

Rnd 8-10: Dc around.  

Fasten off. Press flat with your hand. Pinch the bottom edge together and sew in place on the sides of the head
